Article 710. Relation to Other Chapters

Articles 301 (TLCAN: Art. 301) (National Treatment) and 309 (TLCAN: Art. 309) (Import and Export Restrictions), and the provisions of Article XX(b) of the GATT as incorporated into Article 2101(1) (TLCAN: Art. 2101) (General Exceptions), do not apply to any sanitary or phytosanitary measure.
