Article 902: Extent of Obligations

1. Article 105 (TLCAN: Art. 105) (Extent of Obligations) does not apply to this Chapter.

2. Each Party shall seek, through appropriate measures, to ensure observance of Articles 904 through 908 (TLCAN: Art. 904) (TLCAN: Art. 905) (TLCAN: Art. 906) (TLCAN: Art. 907) (TLCAN: Art. 908) by state or provincial governments and by non-governmental standardizing bodies in its territory
