Telecommunications transport services typically involve the realtime transmission of customersupplied information between two or more points without endtoend change in the form or content of the customer's information, whether or not such services are offered to the public generally. These services include voice and data services provided by any electromagnetic means. Radiocommunications include all communications by radio, including broadcasting.
