ARTICLE 32: OBLIGATIONS OF THE AERONAUTICAL AUTHORITIES

The aeronautical authorities of international airports of the country, will notify the Customs Authorities of international flights in a timely manner, and will not authorize the take-off of aircrafts that have not been carried out the visit of customs inspection of departure. (LA: Art. 20)
