    • Annex 1412.1: Authorities Responsible for Financial Services

    The authority of each Party responsible for financial services shall be:

  • For Canada, the Department of Finance of Canada;

    •  

  • For Mexico, the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público; and

    •  

  • For the United States, the Department of the Treasury for banking and other financial services and the Department of Commerce for insurance services.
