contenido	ARTICLE 39: OTHER CONDUCTING MEANS Those who intend to introduce or extract merchandise from national territory through pipes, pipelines, cables or other means capable of conducting them; --333-Regla 4.6.22-- must obtain authorization --508-Art. 40-- prior from the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria). --3-Art. 1-- --317-Regla 2.4.3-- They may obtain the authorization referred to in the preceding paragraph, in the case of legal entities they must be constituted in accordance with Mexican laws, which are up to date in compliance with their tax obligations and accredit the legal use of the means that they will use to carry out the merchandise subject to the request, as well as the fulfillment of the other requirements established by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) through Rules. The authorization will include: The class of merchandise and the means of conducting used for the import and export in question; The place or places where the entry or exit of the country of the merchandise will be located and, where appropriate, the connection with other means of transport; The types of meters that will be used or the measurement systems of the merchandise, indicating in any of the two cases the name and code of the Federal Taxpayer Registration (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) of their owner and these must be located in national territory, and The period of validity of the authorization that may be up to three years or for which the applicant accredits the legal use of the means that will be used to carry out the merchandise, when it is less than three years. The validity of the authorization referred to in section IV of the preceding paragraph may be extended at the request of the interested party, up to a period equal to that granted, provided that the request is submitted at least sixty days before the expiration of the authorization, accredit compliance with the requirements indicated for the granting of the same at the time of the submission of the extension request, and is up to date in compliance with the obligations inherent in the authorization. In no case, the term of the authorization and of the extension, will be greater to that by which the authorized one accredits the legal possession of the means that will be used to carry out the merchandise into or out of the national territory. The Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) --3-Art. 1-- will cancel the authorization, in addition to what is established in article 144-A of the Law --228-Art. 144A--, when the requirements indicated for the granting of the authorization are no longer fulfilled, or, they fail to comply with the obligations inherent therein provided in the Law, these Regulations and the authorization. --199-Art. 11-- --211-Art. 84--
