Article 1909: Code of Conduct

The Parties shall, by the date of entry into force of this Agreement, exchange letters establishing a code of conduct for panelists and members of committees established pursuant to Articles 1903 (TLCAN: Art. 1903), 1904 (TLCAN: Art. 1904) and 1905 (TLCAN: Art. 1905).
