ARTICLE 69: CASES IN WHICH IT IS CONSIDERED THAT THE BOND HAS NOT INFLUENCED IN THE PRICE
In a sale between bond parties, the circumstances of the sale will be examined, and the transaction value will be accepted when the bond has not influenced the price.
For the purposes of this article, it will be considered that the bond has not influenced the price, when it is demonstrated that:
The price was adjusted in accordance with the normal pricing practices followed by the industry in question or the way in which the seller adjusts the sales prices to buyers not related to it.
With the price it is possible to recover all the costs and a benefit congruent with the global benefits obtained by the company in a representative period in the sales of merchandise of the same species or class is achieved. (RLA: Art. 126) (RLA: Art. 127) (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.5.2)
