ARTICLE 76: DEFINITION OF "APPROXIMATE MOMENT"

For the purposes of articles 70, 72, 73 and 74 of this Law (LA: Art. 70) (LA: Art. 72) (LA: Art. 73) (LA: Art. 74), the term approximate moment includes a period of no more than ninety days before or after the importation of the merchandise subject to valuation.
