ARTICLE 82: DETERMINATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS BY POSTAL
The customs authority shall determine (LA: Art. 56) (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.6.1) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.7.1) the contributions (CFF: Art. 2) concerning imports and exports and, where appropriate, compensatory quotas (LCE: Art. 28) when done by mail. (LA: Art. 21)
The interested party may request that the determination of the contributions and the compensatory quotas be made by themself, or through the customs agency or the customs agent.
