The temporary export (RGCE 2022: Regla 4.4.6) of national or nationalized merchandise shall be subject to the following:

Obligations regarding regulations and non-tariff restrictions and formalities for the dispatch of merchandise (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.1.28) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.7.34) for this regime will be met.
