ARTICLE 41: MOMENT IN WHICH THE LOAD AND UNLOAD MANEUVERS ARE CONSIDERED COMPLETED

     

    The maneuvers are considered finished when:

  • Load:
  •  

  • In maritime or fluvial traffic, when they have put on board all the merchandise covered by the corresponding statement and bribes;
  •  

  • In aerial traffic when all the merchandise covered by the corresponding air waybill have been placed on board the aircraft;
  •  

  • In rail traffic, when all the merchandise covered by the cargo statement and the corresponding exchange list have been placed on board the railcar, and
  •  

  • In terrestrial traffic, when they have placed on board the vehicle all the merchandise covered by the corresponding waybill.
  •  

     

  • Unload:
  •  

  • In maritime or river traffic, when they have delivered to the personnel in charge of the fiscal or controlled premises the merchandise covered by the corresponding statements and bribes; (RLA: Art. 40)
  •  

  • In aerial traffic when they have delivered to the personnel in charge of the fiscal or controlled premises the merchandise covered by the corresponding air waybill;
  •  

  • In terrestrial traffic, from the date of entry of the Merchandise into the country, if the unload was not made, and
  •  

  • In rail traffic, from the date of entry of the Merchandise into the country, if the unload was not made.
  •  

    The loading and unloading of foreign trade merchandise may be done simultaneously. (LA: Art. 10) (LA: Art. 14)
