ARTICLE 203: APPEAL FOR REVOCATION
Against all the final resolutions issued by the customs authorities will proceed the appeal for revocation established in the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación). (CFF: Art. 117) (CFF: Art. 121) (CFF: Art. 122) (CFF: Art. 123) (CFF: Art. 124) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.7.24)
The filing of the appeal for revocation will be optional for the interested party before going to the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa) . (CFF: Art. 120) (CFF: Art. 125)
