ARTICLE 137 BIS 1: AUTHORIZED PEOPLE TO DEFINITELY IMPORT USED AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES

Legal entities who prove their residence (CFF: Art. 105) in the Northern Fringe, as well as in the States of Baja California and Baja California Sur, in the partial region of the State of Sonora and in the Border Municipality of Cananea, State of Sonora, may effectuate the definitely import of used automotive vehicles, as long as they are destined to remain in these places.
