ARTICLE 137 BIS 4: USED VEHICLES THAT MAY BE IMPORT IN DEFINITIVE

The vehicles that may be imported under the protection of the previous legal provisions are the following:

The vehicles indicated in this article, must be similar to those of nationally manufactured brands, in accordance with the list published by the Secretary of Branch (Secretaría del Ramo) competent in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), within the third quarter of each year, with the previous opinion of the Intersecretarial Commission of Automotive Industry (Comisión Intersecretarial de Industria Automotriz).
