mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'print' in 'where clause'

RULE  1.12.4:  CONFIRMATION  OF  THE  MANDATARY  FOR  CUSTOMS  AGENCY,  BY  VIRTUE  OF  THE  INTEGRATION  OR  INCORPORATION  OF  ITS  CUSTOMS  AGENT  TO  THE  RESPECTIVE  CUSTOMS  AGENCY

For  the  purposes  of  articles  167-D,  antepenultimate  paragraph  --230-Art.  167D--,  167-F,  sections  II  and  III  --230-Art.  167F--  and  167-I,  section  II  --230-Art.  167I--  of  the  Law,  the  mandatary  (s)  of  the  customs  agent  who  are  integrated  or  incorporated  to  the  customs  agency,  may  operate  for  the  respective  customs  agency,  provided  that  a  free  writing  is  submitted,  complying  with  procedure  file  35  /  LA  (Customs  Law)  of  Annex  1-A  --356-Anexo  1A--.

The  acts  practiced  by  the  customs  agents  on  the  occasion  of  customs  clearance  and  recognition,  as  well  as  the  acts  derived  from  them,  will  be  attributable  to  the  customs  agency  and  the  customs  agent  whose  authorization  and  patent  is  shown  in  the  corresponding  customs  document  or  customs  declaration  (pedimento).

In  no  case  may  the  mandataries  that  make  up  a  customs  agency  be  members  of  another  customs  agency  simultaneously  and  may  only  promote  the  clearance  on  behalf  of  a  single  customs  agency  and  before  a  single  customs,  using  the  e.signature  or  digital  stamp  that  the  customs  agency  provided  to  the  customs  agent  involved  in  the  operation  and  to  whom  it  reports  for  the  clearance  of  operations.
