RULE 1.12.3: ACTIVATION OF THE OPERATIONS OF A CUSTOMS AGENCY
For the purposes of articles 167-D and 167-E of the Law, and the rules 1.12.1. and 1.12.2. , the patent of the customs agent who is integrated or incorporated into the customs agency will be deactivated from the Customs Electronic System (Sistema Electrónico Aduanero) within 10 days after the notification of the authorization granted to the customs agency, therefore that the customs agent will have said term to conclude the operations that have been conferred on him/her, having to comply with the following:
I. Submit a notice to the authority in accordance with procedure file 15 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A , informing that it has concluded, the operations conferred and that it has the necessary procedures to start the operations that derive from the order conferred on the customs agency as long as it is a member of it.
II. The customs agent referred to in this rule may request a one-time extension of the aforementioned period, in accordance with procedure file 16 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A .
