TRANSITORY THIRD

The Annexes to the Resolution that establishes the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2019, published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on June 24, 2019, will be in force until those corresponding to the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2020 are published.

Annex 2 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2018, published on December 22, 2017 and modified in the Fourth Resolution of Modifications to the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2018, published on December 24, 2018, will continue in force until as long as the one corresponding to the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2020 is published. The reference to rule 1.1.7, of Annex 2 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2018, shall be understood as made to rule 1.1.5. (RGCE 2020: Regla 1.1.6), of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2020.
