The right to comply with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (Código Internacional para la Protección de los Buques y de las Instalaciones Portuarias) will be paid for each ship, with the exception of fishing vessels or any other issue, which, not being high-altitude, carry out their activity in national ports, according to the following fees:

For the review and, where appropriate, approval of the Protection Plan:
