ARTICLE 147: DOCUMENTS THAT PROTECT THE TRANSPORTATION OF NATIONAL GOODS WITHIN THE FRINGE AND BORDER REGION

     

    National merchandise that are transported within the fringes and border regions (LA: Art. 136) of the country, must be protected in the following way:

  • Export prohibited (RLA: Art. 229) or restricted to be directed to the coastlines or borders, with orders, digital tax receipt, contracts and other commercial documents that prove that they will be destined to these areas, or with the corresponding export permits.
  •  

  • Those confused with the foreigners that are transported to the interior of the country, with the registered trademarks in Mexico that they hold or with the corresponding digital tax receipt.

    The origin of agricultural items produced in the areas referred to in this precept may be accredited (RLA: Art. 192) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.4.5) with the records of the ejido commissioner, the representative of the settlers or community members, of the agricultural or livestock association to which the small owner belongs or of the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Development Rural, Fishing and Food (Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación) in any of the previous cases, when the customs authorities require it, without the documentation having to accompany the merchandise.
