    • ARTICLE 149: INFORMATION IT SHOULD CONTAIN IN THE A RESOLUTION OF SUSPENSION OF FREE CIRCULATION

     

    The provisions of article 148 of this Law (LA: Art. 148) will only be applicable when the resolution in which the competent administrative or judicial authority orders the suspension of the free circulation of merchandise of foreign origin, contains the following information: (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.4.10) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.1.17)

  • The name of the importer.

    •  

  • The detailed description of the merchandise.

    •  

  • The customs for which it is known that the merchandise will enter.

    •  

  • The estimated period for the entry of the merchandise, which shall not exceed fifteen days.

    •  

  • The warehouse in which the merchandise must be deposited at the disposal of the competent authority, which must be located within the territorial constituency of the corresponding customs.

    •  

  • The designation or express acceptance of the position of depositary.
