    • ARTICLE 175A: CANCELLATION CAUSES OF THE AUTHORIZATION GRANTED TO THE COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICES TO FACILITATE CUSTOMS RECOGNITION

     

    The Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) may cancel the authorizations granted to individuals to provide services that facilitate customs recognition (LA: Art. 2) of the merchandise for any of the following causes, applying the procedure established in article 144-A of this Law (LA: Art. 144A):

  • When it is omitted to obtain and maintain valid permits and certificates applicable to radiation safety.

    •  

  • When the preventive and corrective maintenance of the infrastructure is omitted or any device that allows the continuity of the authorized services is omitted, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and instruments.

    •  

  • The others established by this Law and those indicated in the authorization.
