ARTICLE 180: INFRINGEMENT RELATED TO IMPROPER CIRCULATION WITHIN THE FISCAL PRECINCT

They commit the infraction of improper circulation within the fiscal precinct who circulate in vehicles within said precinct without subjecting to the traffic guidelines established by customs authorities (LA: Art. 144) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.7.18) and those who, with or without a vehicle, enter without being authorized to do so, to areas of the fiscal precincts whose access is restricted.
