    • ARTICLE 184A: INFRINGEMENTS RELATED TO THE OBLIGATION TO TRANSMIT THE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE VALUE OF THE MERCHANDISE AND ITS MARKETING, AS WELL AS THAT OF THEIR TRANSPORTATION

     

    They are infractions related to the obligation to transmit information regarding the value of the merchandise and the other data related to its marketing, as well as those related to its transportation, referred to in articles 20, section VII and 59-A of this Law (LA: Art. 20) (LA: Art. 59A), the following: (CFF: Art. 105) (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.9.19)

  • Transmit inaccurate or false data, referring to the value of the merchandise or the other data related to its marketing. (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.9.19) (LA: Art. 184B)

  • Transmit incomplete information or with inaccurate data, regarding the description of the merchandise and individual identification (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.9.19), considering the merchandise that is submitted for clearance. (LA: Art. 184B)

  • Transmit information related to the transportation of the merchandise, incomplete or with inaccurate data, regarding its description and individual identification and container number, considering the merchandise and container presented for the clearance. (LA: Art. 184B)
