    • ARTICLE 191: FINES APPLICABLE TO THE INFRINGEMENTS OF ARTICLE 190

     

    The following sanctions will be applied to those who commit the infractions established in article 190 of this Law (LA: Art. 190):

  • Fine of $20,740.00 to $31,110.00, in the case of those indicated in fractions l and Il.

    •  

  • Fine of $41,480.00 to $62,210.00, in the case indicated in section III.

    •  

  • Fine of $4,150.00 to $6,210.00, in the case indicated in section IV.

    •  

  • Fine of $82,950.00 to $124,420.00, in the case indicated in section V, regardless of the sanctions that may be incurred for the commission of crimes. (CFF: Art. 105) (CFF: Art. 104)

    To the offenders who contribute to the funds referred to in article 202 of this Law (LA: Art. 202), an amount equivalent to the fine imposed on them under the terms of this article, shall be deemed released from the obligation to pay said fine.
