ARTICLE 195: FINES TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMS AGENT

In the case of infractions arising from the actions of the customs agent or the customs agency in the customs clearance (RLA: Art. 235), the fine shall be borne by them, except in the cases established in the second paragraph of article 54 of this Law. (LA: Art. 54)
