ARTICLE 50: EXTENSION OF DEADLINES OF MERCHANDISE IN DEPOSIT BEFORE CUSTOMS

In the case of the merchandise that are in deposit before customs, the Customs Authority may authorize, upon request of the interested party (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.2.3), the extension of the deadlines established in Article 29, section II, subsections a ) and c) of the Law (LA: Art. 29) for up to ten days, provided that such authorization is requested prior to the expiration of the term.
