    • ARTICLE 197: INDIVIDUALIZATION OF SANCTIONS

     

    When two or more people enter or extract merchandise from it illegally, the following rules will be observed:

  • If the merchandise that each one introduced or extracted can be determined, the sanctions that correspond to each one will be applied individually.

    •  

  • Otherwise, the sanction corresponding to the infraction committed by the total merchandise will be applied and everyone will respond in solidarity.
