ARTICLE 200: APPLICABLE FINE WHEN THE CUSTOMS VALUE CANNOT BE DETERMINED

When the amount of the fines established by this Law is related to that of the omitted foreign trade taxes, with the customs value of the merchandise and these cannot be determined (LA: Art. 71), a fine of $ 62,210.00 to $ 82,950.00 will be applied to offenders.
