ARTICLE  202:  CONSTITUTION  OF  FUNDS  FOR  MAINTENANCE,  REPAIR  OR  EXTENSION  OF  CUSTOMS

 

Customs  agents,  customs  agencies,  carriers  and  other  people  related  to  foreign  trade,  may  establish  funds  in  each  customs,  whose  purpose  is  the  maintenance,  repair  or  expansion  of  the  facilities  of  the  customs  themselves,  in  the  terms  established  by  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  through  rules  --303-Regla  1.1.12--.  The  assets  of  these  funds  will  be  integrated  with  the  contributions  made  by  the  aforementioned  people,  as  well  as  by  the  amounts  contributed  by  people  who  had  committed  damage  to  the  facilities  or  equipment  used  in  the  customs  operation  or  with  the  amounts  provided  by  the  people  to  which  fines  are  imposed  and  that  choose  to  contribute  amounts  equivalent  to  the  fines  imposed  in  the  terms  of  articles  181,  191  and  193  of  this  Law.  --233-Art.  181--  --233-Art.  191--  --233-Art.  193--
