SOLE. -Entry in force

This Law shall enter into force as of January 1st, 1997.

NINTH ARTICLE. - Entry into force of paragraphs 2, 3 and 6 of article 43

The amend to Art. 43, second, third and sixth paragraphs (LA: Art. 43), it will enter into force as of March 1st, 1997. Until the provisions of Article 43, second, third and sixth paragraphs of the Customs Law (Ley Aduanera) enter into force, the randomized selection procedure will apply in Art. 43 of the Customs Law (Ley Aduanera) that is amended.
