contenido	RULE 1.3.7: REGISTRATION, EXEMPTION, AND PROCEDURE TO NULLIFY THE SUSPENSION IN THE REGISTER OF SECTORIAL EXPORTERS For the purposes of articles 59, section IV --203-Art. 59-- 144, section XXXVI --228-Art. 144-- of the Law, as well as 87 --34-Art. 87-- of the Regulation, in order to register in the Register of Sectorial Exporters, shall be submitted in original with autograph signature of the format called "Registration authorization for the register of sectorial exporters (Rule 1.3.7.)" of Annex 1 --355-Anexo 1-- and comply with the requirements provided in the procedure file 141 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A --356-Anexo 1A--. Exporters that have been suspended in the Register of Sectorial Exporters may request that said suspension be left without effect, complying with the provisions of the procedure file 142 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A --356-Anexo 1A--. It will not be necessary to register in the Register of Sectorial Exporters when it comes to the export of merchandise listed in Sector 8, Section B, Annex 10 --357-Anexo 10--, when the exporter has acquired them, in some alienation procedure of those provided for in article 31 of the Federal Law for the Administration and Disposal of Public Sector Assets (Ley Federal para la Administración y Enajenación de Bienes del Sector Público), provided that the taxpayer is not in any of the suspension cases indicated in article 84 --33-Art. 84-- of the Regulations or in rule 1.3.3 --306-Regla 1.3.3--. The registration in the Register of Sectorial Exporters will not proceed, when the individuals or legal entities are located in any of the cases indicated in article 84 --33-Art. 84-- of the Regulations or in rule 1.3.3 --306-Regla 1.3.3--.
