contenido	RULE 1.3.2: REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF IMPORTERS AND IN THE REGISTER OF SPECIFIC SECTORS For the purposes of articles 59, section IV of the Law --203-Art. 59--, 82 --33-Art. 82-- and 83 --33-Art. 83-- of the Regulation, the interested parties must request their registration in the Register of Importers and, where appropriate, in the Register of Importers of Specific Sectors, in accordance with procedure file 5 / LA or 6 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A --356-Anexo 1A--, as applicable. Taxpayers who require to introduce any of the merchandise indicated in Section A of Annex 10 --357-Anexo 10--, under the definitive import customs regimes; temporary import; fiscal deposit; elaboration, transformation or repair in controlled premises, and strategic controlled premises, must comply with the requirements established in the procedure file 6 / LA (Customs Law) of Annex 1-A --356-Anexo 1A--.
