    • RULE 1.4.10: DATA THAT ALTER STATISTICAL INFORMATION

    For the purposes of article 167, last paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 167), it is considered that statistical information is only altered when any of the following fields is stated inaccurately:

  • Customs declaration (pedimento) code.

    •  

  • Type of operation.

    •  

  • Customs declaration (pedimento) number.

    •  

  • Country code seller or buyer.

    •  

  • Code of the means of transport entering the national territory.

    •  

  • Freight amount.

    •  

  • Insurance amount.

    •  

  • Amount of packaging.

    •  

  • Amount of other increases.

    •  

  • Added value in products made by Companies with IMMEX Program.

    •  

  • Customs or warehouse agent patent number.

    •  

  • Container type code.

    •  

  • Electronic payment certification.

    •
