RULE  1.4.4:  NOTICE  OF  MODIFICATION  OR  SEPARATION  OF  CUSTOMS  AGENT  COMPANIES

Customs  agents  that  modify  the  companies  incorporated  to  facilitate  the  provision  of  their  services  or  cease  to  be  part  of  them,  must  give  the  corresponding  notice,  in  accordance  with  procedure  file  14  /  LA  (Customs  Law)  of  Annex  1-A  --356-Anexo  1A--.

For  the  purposes  of  this  rule,  the  cases  in  which  notice  must  be  given  by  modification  to  the  companies  established  by  customs  agents  to  facilitate  the  provision  of  their  services,  are  the  following:

I.  Due  to  change  of  name,  company  name,  fiscal  address,  Federal  Taxpayer  Registration  (Registro  Federal  de  Contribuyentes)  code,  company´s  purpose,  or  of  the  partners  that  make  it  up.

II.  When  the  corporate  purpose  of  the  company  is  modified,  to  facilitate  the  provision  of  the  services  of  the  patent  of  any  of  the  customs  agents  that  form  part  of.
