RULE 1.5.3: FORMULA TO DETERMINE OPERATIONS AS VULNERABLE ACTIVITIES

In order to consider an operation as a vulnerable activity in terms of the provisions of article 17, section XIV, of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita), the value of the merchandise will be the result obtained from dividing the commercial value of the merchandise consigned in the customs declaration (pedimento) by the commercial unit of measure.
