TRANSITORY SIXTEENTH

The provisions of rule 1.4.14, second paragraph of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2019, published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on June 24, 2019 and its subsequent modifications, will continue to be applicable in 2020 and 2021, in relation to rule 1.12.5. (RGCE 2020: Regla 1.12.5) of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2020, to the customs agents who have submitted their express renunciation to continue with the procedure provided for in rule 1.4.13. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) for 2019 and their subsequent modifications. Only the person who has obtained the best results in the evaluations will be entitled to be granted the customs agent's patent.
