TRANSITORY SEVENTEENTH

The elimination of tariff fraction 1702.20.01, in rule 4.3.9. (RGCE 2020: Regla 4.3.9) and the addition of tariff fractions 1701.91.02, 1701.91.03, 1702.90.01, to Annex 12 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 12), will apply until the entry into force of the Decree that the Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía) published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), to inform the operators and customs authorities of the preferential tariff rates and the mechanisms that will govern the importation of merchandise originating in North America from the date of entry into force of the USMCA.
