TRANSITORY THIRD.

For the purposes of article 31 (CFF: Art. 31) of the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación), the formats "Customs declaration for passengers coming from abroad", "Declaration of money leaving of passengers", "Payment of contributions of foreign trade" and "Customs Declaration (Pedimento) for temporary importation of trailers, semi-trailers and container ships" contained in Annex 1 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1) of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (Reglas General del Comercio Exterior) for 2020 published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on June 30 of the same year, they may be used during 2020, without considering a breach of said provision.
