RULE 1.6.18: RETURN OF THE CONSIDERATIONS INDICATED IN ARTICLE 16 OF THE LAW

For the purposes of gathering of compensation derived from article 16 of the Law (LA: Art. 16), made in the Treasury of the Federation (Tesorería de la Federación) that require to be returned, the authorization to the Treasury of the Federation (Tesorería de la Federación) for the return of said private resources, when these have not been transferred to trust No. 80386, will be granted by the General Administration of Resources and Services (Administración General de Recursos y Servicios) who will indicate the amount and number of the bank account of the Trust for this purpose.
