ARTICLE 59: LOST MERCHANDISE THAT APPEAR BEFORE THEIR PAYMENT

When the lost merchandise appear before the payment of their value has been made, the Customs Authority that has known of the request, will notify the interested party so that he or she chooses between the return of said merchandise or the payment of the value thereof , and this circumstance must be recorded in the corresponding administrative file.
