RULE 1.6.5: OFFICIAL FORM FOR THE OPTION TO DETERMINE THE PROVISIONAL VALUE
For the purposes of Article 117, last paragraph of the Regulation (RLA: Art. 117), the interested parties must present the "Notice of option for the determination of the provisional value (global transport insurance)" of Annex 1 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1).
