SECOND TRANSITORY.

For the purposes of the provisions of rule 4.2.13., sections II and III (RGCE 2022: Regla 4.2.13), those who carry out the temporary importation of containers, may choose to carry it out using the format "Proof of temporary importation, return or transfer of containers" provided for in Annex 1 (RGCE 2022: Anexo 1) of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE), published in the Official Journal of the Federation (DOF) on June 30, 2020. This option may be applied from March 23, 2021 to May 10, 2021, in accordance with rule 1.1.2. (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.1.2)
