RULE 1.7.1: OFFICIAL DECAL OF TRANSSHIPMENT MERCHANDISE

For the purposes of articles 13 (LA: Art. 13) of the Law and 44 first paragraph (RLA: Art. 44) of the Regulation, the procedure for the transshipment of merchandise must be subject to the terms and conditions that, for the control and safety of the maneuvers, are established in the guidelines issued for this purpose by the General Customs Administration (Administración General de Aduanas), which will be disclosed on the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) Portal.

The merchandise subject to transshipment must be marked by the transport company by means of the "Official decal for the control of internal transit by aerial" of Annex 1 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1), in accordance with article 44, section III (RLA: Art. 44) of the Regulation.
