RULE 2.2.4: RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 4 OF THE REGULATION

Merchandise that have been received by authorities other than customs, in terms of article 3, second paragraph (LA: Art. 3) of the Law, until before June 20, 2015, they may apply the procedure provided in article 4 (RLA: Art. 4) of the Regulation, except for those merchandise that at that date had already initiated faculties of verification.
