mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'print' in 'where clause'

RULE  2.4.4:  PROCEDURE  FOR  OBTAINING  THE  CARRIER  HARMONIZED  ALPHANUMERIC  CODE  (CAAT)  

For  the  purposes  of  articles  1  --196-Art.  1--,  6  --196-Art.  6--  and  20,  sections  II,  VII  and  X  --199-Art.  20--  of  the  Law,  and  rules  1.9.8.,  section  III  --312-Regla  1.9.8--,  1.9.9,  section  II  --312-Regla  1.9.9--,  1.9.10.  --312-Regla  1.9.10--,  1.9.17.  --312-Regla  1.9.17--,  and  2.4.5.  --317-Regla  2.4.5--,  individuals  or  legal  entities  that  need  to  register  in  the  registration  of  carrier  companies,  must  complete  the  procedure  before  the  Central  Administration  of  Customs  Modernization  (Administración  Central  de  Modernización  Aduanera),  entering  the  Digital  Window,  in  accordance  with  the  following:

I.  In  the  case  of  the  international  cargo  agent  constituted  in  accordance  with  national  legislation,  the  general  shipping  agent  or  the  shipping  consignee  agent  of  vessel,  only  the  name  of  the  general  director  must  be  submitted,  in  the  case  of  legal  entities.

II.  In  the  case  of  international  cargo  agent  residing  abroad  or  constituted  in  accordance  with  foreign  laws,  it  must  access  the  Digital  Window,  with  the  e.signature  of  their  representative  in  national  territory,  designated  in  terms  of  what  is  indicated  in  article  20,  last  paragraph  --199-Art.  20--  of  the  Law,  providing  the  following  information:

a)  Name,  denomination  or  company  name.

b)  Tax  identification  number  in  the  country  of  residence  and  social  security  number.

c)  Address.

d)  Email  address.

For  the  purposes  of  this  section,  it  will  be  understood  that  the  international  cargo  agent  designates  as  its  representative  in  national  territory,  in  the  terms  indicated  in  article  20,  last  paragraph  --199-Art.  20--  of  the  Law,  to  the  person  who  enters  the  Digital  Window  to  obtain  the  registration  of  the  carrier  company.

III.  In  the  case  of  people  who  provide  the  terrestrial  motor  transport  service  or  owners  of  cargo  vehicles,  residents  abroad  or  constituted  in  accordance  with  foreign  laws,  for  the  purposes  of  this  numeral,  they  may  access  the  Digital  Window  without  the  use  of  the  e.signature,  making  a  prior  registration  in  it,  providing  the  following  information:

a)  Name,  denomination  or  company  name.

b)  Tax  identification  number  in  the  country  of  residence  and  social  security  number.

c)  Address.

d)  Name  of  the  general  director.

e)  List  of  vehicle  fleet  and  towing  units,  including  the  VIN  or  serial  number;  type  of  vehicle  in  terms  of  Appendix  10  of  Annex  22  --378-Apendice  10--;  vehicle  color;  license  plate  number,  state  or  province  and  issuing  country  for  each  vehicle;  and  drive  unit.

In  the  case  of  the  vehicle  fleet,  additionally  the  economic  number  and  the  number  of  the  radio  frequency  identification  device  (transponder),  with  the  technological  characteristics  in  accordance  with  Section  B,  Appendix  22  of  Annex  22  --382-Apendice  22--.

f)  List  of  their  drivers,  including  their  nationality,  Unique  Population  Registry  Code  (Clave  Única  de  Registro  de  Población)    (in  the  case  of  Mexicans)  or  social  security  number  (in  the  case  of  foreigners),  country  of  residence  and  full  address  of  each  of  them,  as  well  as  issued  identification  badge  number  by  the  customs  authority.

g)  Name,  denomination  or  company  name  of  the  partners,  in  the  case  of  legal  entities.

IV.  In  the  case  of  people  who  provide  the  terrestrial  motor  transport  service  and  owners  of  cargo  vehicles:

a)  Name  of  general  director  of  the  legal  entity,  if  applicable.

b)  List  of  vehicle  fleet  and  towing  units  including  VIN  or  serial  number;  type  of  vehicle  in  terms  of  Appendix  10  of  Annex  22  --378-Apendice  10--;  vehicle  color;  license  plate  number,  state  or  province  and  issuing  country  for  each  vehicle;  and  drive  unit.

In  the  case  of  the  vehicle  fleet,  additionally  the  economic  number  and  the  number  of  the  radio  frequency  identification  device  (transponder),  with  the  technological  characteristics  in  accordance  with  Section  B,  Appendix  22  of  Annex  22  --382-Apendice  22--.

c)  List  of  their  drivers,  including  their  nationality,  Unique  Population  Registry  Code  (Clave  Única  de  Registro  de  Población)    (in  the  case  of  Mexicans)  or  social  security  number  (in  the  case  of  foreigners),  country  of  residence  and  full  address  of  each  of  them,  as  well  as  issued  identification  badge  number  by  the  customs  authority.

d)  Name  and,  where  appropriate,  Federal  Taxpayer  Registration  (Registro  Federal  de  Contribuyentes)  of  the  partners,  in  the  case  of  legal  entities.

V.  In  the  case  of  maritime  transportation  companies:

a)  Name,  denomination  or  company  name  of  the  maritime  transportation  company.

b)  Federal  Taxpayer  Registration  (Registro  Federal  de  Contribuyentes)  or  social  security  number  in  the  case  of  foreign  individuals.

c)  Address.

d)  Email  address.

e)  Name  of  the  general  director  of  the  legal  entity,  if  applicable.

In  this  case,  the  application  for  registration  to  obtain  the  Carrier  Harmonized  Alphanumeric  Code  (Código  Alfanumérico  Armonizado  del  Transportista)  will  be  made  through  their  general  shipping  agent  or  shipping  agent  consignee  of  vessels.

The  result  of  the  request  will  be  made  known  in  the  Digital  Window  referred  to  in  this  rule,  within  the  period  provided  for  in  article  37  --615-Art.  37--  of  the  Federal  Fiscal  Code  (Código  Fiscal  de  la  Federación).

VI.  In  the  case  of  companies  that  provide  the  aerial  cargo  transportation  service,  resident  abroad  or  incorporated  in  accordance  with  foreign  laws,  they  must  access  the  Digital  Window,  with  the  e.signature  of  their  representative  in  national  territory,  designated  in  terms  of  the  indicated  in  article  20,  last  paragraph  --199-Art.  20--  of  the  Law,  providing  the  following  information:

a)  Name,  denomination  or  company  name.

b)  Tax  identification  number  in  the  country  of  residence  and  social  security  number.

c)  Address.

d)  IATA  or  ICAO  code.

e)  Email  address.

For  the  purposes  of  this  section,  it  will  be  understood  that  the  companies  that  provide  the  aerial  cargo  transportation  service  designate  as  their  representative  in  national  territory,  in  the  terms  indicated  in  article  20,  last  paragraph  --199-Art.  20--  of  the  Law,  to  the  person  who  enters  the  Digital  Window  to  obtain  the  registration  of  the  carrier  company.

VII.  In  the  case  of  companies  that  provide  the  aerial  cargo  transportation  service  constituted  according  to  national  legislation,  they  only  have  to  provide  the  IATA  or  ICAO  Code.

The  registration  will  be  valid  for  one  year  and  may  be  renewed  annually,  complying  with  the  formalities  provided  for  its  granting.

If  after  obtaining  the  Carrier  Harmonized  Alphanumeric  Code  (Código  Alfanumérico  Armonizado  del  Transportista),  the  information  registered  in  the  Digital  Window  changes,  the  corresponding  updates  must  be  made  in  said  system,  immediately  after  the  modification.

The  General  Customs  Administration  (Administración  General  de  Aduanas)  may  cancel  the  Carrier  Harmonized  Alphanumeric  Code  (Código  Alfanumérico  Armonizado  del  Transportista)  when  the  holder  incurs  in  any  of  the  causes  provided  in  article  144-A  --228-Art.  144A--  of  the  Law  or  in  any  of  the  following  cases:

I.  Present  notice  of  cancellation  in  the  Federal  Taxpayer  Registration  (Registro  Federal  de  Contribuyentes).

II.  Present  a  notice  of  suspension  of  activities  in  the  Federal  Taxpayer  Registration  (Registro  Federal  de  Contribuyentes).

III.  Allow  people  to  use  its  Carrier  Harmonized  Alphanumeric  Code  (Código  Alfanumérico  Armonizado  del  Transportista)  who  have  not  yet  completed  or  completed  the  process  to  obtain  their  Carrier  Harmonized  Alphanumeric  Code  (Código  Alfanumérico  Armonizado  del  Transportista)  or  that  it  has  been  canceled.
