RULE  3.1.18:  SIMPLIFIED  FORM  OF  THE  CUSTOMS  DECLARATION  (PEDIMENTO)

For  the  purposes  of  articles  36  --201-Art.  36--  and  36-A  --201-Art.  36A--  of  the  Law,  when  the  customs  declaration  (pedimento)  must  be  submitted  in  printed  form,  it  must  be  submitted  in  one  copy,  using  the  "Simplified  Form  of  the  Customs  Declaration  (Pedimento)"  of  Annex  1  --355-Anexo  1--,  in  which  the  bar  code  generated  is  submitted  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  Appendix  17  --376-Apendice  17--  of  Annex  22,  and  the  number  of  acknowledgment  of  value  and  the  corresponding  e-documents  will  be  declared.

The  provisions  of  the  preceding  paragraph  will  not  be  applicable  in  the  case  of  operations  provided  for  in  rules  3.1.21,  section  III,  subsection  b)  --320-Regla  3.1.21--,  3.5.1.,  section  II  --324-Regla  3.5.1--,  3.5.4.  --324-Regla  3.5.4--,  3.5.5.  --324-Regla  3.5.5--,  3.5.6.  --324-Regla  3.5.6--,  3.5.8.  --324-Regla  3.5.8--,  and  3.5.11.  --324-Regla  3.5.11--,  as  well  as  when  it  comes  to  regularization  of  vehicles  in  terms  of  rule  2.5.1.  --318-Regla  2.5.1--  and  2.5.2.  --318-Regla  2.5.2--,  in  which  the  customs  declaration  (pedimento)  must  be  submitted  in  the  official  approved  form.
