ARTICLE 74: SAMPLING DURING CUSTOMS RECOGNITION

The Customs Authority during Customs Recognition may order and practice the collection of samples, including those merchandise that are registered in the register referred to in the second paragraph of Article 45 of the Law (LA: Art. 45), which may be carried out with the support of specialized third parties.
