RULE 3.3.15: DONATION OF MERCHANDISE IN CASES OF EXTREME POVERTY AND NATURAL DISASTERS

For the purposes of article 61, section XVII, second paragraph (LA: Art. 61) of the Law, in the case of donations to attend emergencies, natural disasters or conditions of extreme poverty, it is considered:

I. For natural disaster, the definition indicated in article 5, section X of the Agreement by which it provides the General Rules of the Natural Disaster Fund in force.

II. Due to conditions of extreme poverty, those people who inhabit the populations located in the Priority Attention Zones of the country determined by the Federal Government, in accordance with the Decree of the Declaration of the Priority Attention Zones in force.
