RULE 3.6.6: REPLACEMENT OF NOTEBOOKS ATA IN CASE OF LOSS

In the event of loss, destruction or theft of the Notebook ATA that covers the merchandise found in national territory, the customs authority will accept, at the request of the issuing association, a duplicate Notebook ATA whose validity will be the same as that provided for in the replaced Notebook ATA.
